Pros

Extremely fun working environment. Very cool giveaways and apparel. Our manager was readily available and full of exciting ideas. He was there whenever we had questions. I have referred several friends. Awesome company!

Pros

There are so many pros about working for YMC, but the most prominent among them is the quality of people you get to work with. The people you work for and with are truly top-notch. It's a family/team-first environment in every sense of the word. Your coworkers want the best for you and help teach you the skills needed to expand on your role. . Getting the chance to coach and mentor college students is also a fantastic opportunity. Rarely do you find such valuable management experience at such an early stage in your professional career.

Cons

The opportunity to move up within the company is somewhat limited, but YMC certainly teaches you the skills to take on a greater role.
