Everything you plan is up to you. You have full creative control. + discounts and vouchers to whatever brand you're an ambassador for.

Cons

Everything lies on your shoulders. No one is there reminding you to do it.

Pros

The opportunity to work with exciting clients like adidas, IMAX, ASOS, learn from a great team of talented young professionals, and thrive in a fun culture that encourages taking risks and constant learning. The location and work space of the office is incredible offering the flexibility to work from a variety of different environments. We also get great benefits like access to a great gym, public transportation funds, and use of our awesome rooftop deck space.

Cons

Because so much of the work at YMC is geared around the college lifestyle, we sometimes work odd hours. We also work closely with our Boston office which can make communication a challenge at times.

As an American Eagle Campus representative, our supervisors (YMC) were helpful and always approachable for questions.

YMC supervisors were always helpful and open to questions/suggestions, and the American Eagle Campus Rep program was well-structured

Cons

The program solely depended on social media marketing and attracting students to promotional events (doesn't require or develop other PR, marketing or advertising skills)
