Pros

We really make a difference. You get on the job training and continuing education. The company will pay for you to complete a master's or higher level degree and for state licensure. The job is very flexible as well.

Cons

It is a demanding line of work and the pay is average for the social service field. Often, there are long drive times to get the the homes of clients and the neighborhoods can be dangerous.
