Pros

Friendly work force. 40 hour work week. Travel opportunities if that's what you want. If not for the senor leadership this would be a great place to work. Supports the soldier.

Cons

Lays off loyal employees when contracted program they are working for runs out of funding instead of finding somewhere else for them in the company. Always focused on the bottom line. Keeps nasty rude unprofessional program managers as long as they are making money. Nepotism galore. Gave everyone a pay cut by rewriting leave policy and eliminating sick leave.
