I’ve learned a lot. Maintenance on UH-60,/AH-64 airframe composite parts, main rotor blades, tail rotor blades. Composite fabrication.

Cons

Sometimes there is minimal work to do so my expertise takes longer to develop. Management does not create an atmosphere for growth.
