      Has decent industry reputation (mostly because of affiliation with NYK Line and customer service, not as a good place to work).

      The benefits are ok. Interesting business. Provides good customer service. Good office space.

      Cons

      The pay is very low and they cared more about their customers than their employees. The upper management didn't value employees's efforts or opinions. The upper management provided more complaints and criticisms rather than leadersip. The equipments and software were outdated.
