Benefits are ok. Could be better.

Cons

Consistently inconsistent. Departments do not work together. Impossible to get help from other areas. Management is a joke...they always find something wrong with everything you do.

Pros

Benefits, always busy, carrier and customer relationships. Not a lot of pros for me at this place. There's better places to work. That's why I left!!

Cons

Management, no room for growth, no training, all people do is gossip about others, lots of favoritism going on. There's is absolutely no appreciation for employees. I eventually dreaded going to the office.
