Pros

Benefits were ok, and the local on-site team had a decent relationship and worked together to get the job done, not matter what we were given.

Cons

Upper management and HR will not listen to major issues and instead blame you for failures. Facility is not provided the tools necessary to get the job done, so I had to purchase items with my own money, and the organization refused to pay for them. The process for training is a complete joke and the facility was not provided the technology necessary to complete it. Communication with the rest of the organization was non-existent, so the team felt alienated by upper management.

Pros

Located in safe area. Benefits were good.

Cons

Poorly Managed company. Operating System was not efficient. Unpleasant working environment. Very small raises. All the company cared about was Profit/Lost.

Pros

Co-workers are very nice. Benefits are decent, but will most likely change for the worse. General hours are 8:30-5:30, but overtime is typically mandated. You can connect with business partners to learn other aspects of the business.

Cons

Senior Executives and management in the accounting/finance make the work environment hostile and unpleasant. The company is seen as a start-up, and some think it's "large," but there is less than 2k employees. Management micromanages, which makes it very difficult to get your work done. The definition of hard-work is dependent on face time verse tasks being completed timely. Internal promotions are rare, and there is minimal growth opportunity. Overall suggestion would be: there are many companies out there that appreciate their employees, reward hard work, and motivate individuals to do their best; take your time to find the right place for you to fit.
