      Experienced employees can help give anyone great knowledge and assistance when entering the industry.

      Cons

      No room for growth and promotion, poor management who does not care about how much work they put on employees, poor relationships between employees, branch managers don't always have a clue as to what their job is.

      Pros

      Get some experience working in an office. Standard M-F, 9-6 with 1 hour lunch break.

      Cons

      No room for growth/Very slow growth. Boring, unfulfilling work. High turnover. People are old/not fun to be around. Low pay. Micromanaging. Employee morale is awful, people are stressed, want to leave.

      People below management are nice and very helpful

      Cons

      Poor and/or inadequate management. Management interest is to only improve their bottom line and do not care for people below them. There is no company loyalty in this place. Very political and a lot of finger-pointing. Management has no accountability.
