      Pros

      The flexibility in managing my daily tasks makes balancing work and personal life much easier. The team dynamic here is great - everyone is respectful and keen to help when necessary. I also like how management guides and informs without getting in the way of people doing the jobs.

      I can’t really find any faults with the workplace.

      Pros

      Working with the team actively promotes creativity. The goal set ensures learning never stops. My coworkers bring expertise to the table. There is encouragement for growth in every role. Flexibility also makes the work manageable.

      Pace can feel increased occasionally but is part of the job.

      The pay was good, benefit was not

      Cons

      There are so many red flags with this company that I should have caught on to avoid being let go. Their performance metric is over the top, borderline illegal. Unspokenly, they set expectations that you are unable to complete within an 8 hour day, which resulted in overtime, and even that is not enough. Your leaders will not have your back because that would mean speaking against the C-level executives, which 3 are siblings, so it's difficult to have your voice be heard because it will result in your position being eliminated.
