Great transparency and communication within the company. I was really impressed with how the leadership team dealt with us having to transition to working remotely and the ways that they’ve kept the team strong and thriving. The company stands by a strong core mission and it’s rewarding to be a part of.

Mission-driven organization not only for the children but also for environmental sustainability. Management is supportive of new ideas and that’s why people thrive here. In my case, end-to-end exposure to projects has led to my professional growth. The company is expanding to other states. Good thing there is a unified approach to make this happen.
