      Pros

      It’s a hardworking and humble team, Zum has a great company mission and I appreciate how our work is giving back to the community and providing safe transportation for children. It’s rewarding to know that we are making a positive impact for kids, their busy parents and educators. The leadership team is highly transparent about the company’s plans and metrics and they value our input and feedback.

      It's fast-paced so you need to be organized.

      Pros

      This is a company that’s deeply invested in improving customer satisfaction. Lots of insights incorporated in planning so customers only get the best service that the company can possibly deliver. And it doesn’t stop with the plans. The speed by which the team executes - with precision – is incredible too. The company promotes from within and offers first-class compensation and benefits that include: Dental / Medical / Vision, Equity, and Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Communication skills a must. You must be able to relate to employees from all levels.

      Pros

      An amazing company to work for, company which is successfully grow. Great support: induction, training plan, work without pressure, no micro management. Really nice atmosphere and really lovely colleagues. Friendly culture, smooth process - there are so many things that are best about this job.

      Cons

      Job overall is good; however, it can be slow to progress without motivation and learning.
