It is great to see how the leadership team has sought feedback and converted it into action. Mission and the impact of what we do at Zum is far reaching and motivates me to work here. We impact lives of hundreds of thousands of children, working parents and educators. I really like internal training system, open discussions with regular weekly all hand updates.
