Pros

- smart people, everyone is willing to help each other out - transparent, almost everything is discussed publicly, and you're free to get involved in the business model, product direction, etc. if you're interested - solving challenging problems with the newest and coolest technologies (engineering) - strong management, ready to take serious actions when needed

Cons

The company is new so some of the processes are still being worked out. Sometimes things can be disorganized but it is getting better all the time.

Free food - nice office - views

Cons

Leadership never trusted themselves or their employee's. If you do not trust the people you put in places to make decisions and allow them to do their thing, then you are doomed. The atmosphere was very tense and non trusting. Reactive and secretive. Ideas were abundant ...but stifled. Innately the protectiveness of the idea of ZUM is so protected it had no chance to breath. Great People were dropped without care in the name of business.

All the cons are directed at the leaders. They lack any business sense and have no practical experience. Every decision they make is a reaction and astoundingly always wrong. People are a commodity to them. Who in their right mind would hire temps to manage their most valued clients? Who makes decisions to not on board and call parents? Do I really need to add more cons when the other reviews covered everything?
