Pros

The people working at Z2 are fun, passionate, and extremely talented. It's a small studio environment with autonomous teams. Management is always available, giving constructive feedback and helping in career growth. Competitive salary and benefits make it a well-rounded work place.

Cons

Fast paced mobile gaming environment isn't for everyone.

Pros

Open environment for better collaboration, Great Location in DT Seattle, Nice Culture, Forward Thinking. Adopting agile production environment to promote team autonomy, to make better gaming experiences. Catered lunches are a bonus too!

Cons

Growing Pains!!! Some of the tools and processes are still in infancy, but getting better. Product visions have been cloudy at times, but the fog is lifting.

Pros

Management aggressively pursues feedback at all levels and promotes transparency. Lots of focus on making games first and free-to-play second, which makes work more fulfilling. Fun environment and people in a central downtown location. Free bus passes and parking subsidized, and more snacks/sodas/fruit than you'd expect.

Cons

Moving fast in a big company can lead to frequent pivots and disorganization. Transparency and communication has recently improved this greatly.
