Solid company with a working vision of what they want to achieve. They will give you the tools you need to help make you a productive employee.

Cons

Same as any large office with cliques that tend to be off-setting. Also, need to have a thick skin as some may come off as abrasive, though they may not mean to.

Great benefits, regular work week, nice co-workers. The product we manufacture is excellent.

Cons

Too many manual processes, especially for a Global company. Lack of communication and direction from executive staff. There is not much room for career growth.
