      Good people, okay compensation, variance in work Learn rapidly from a firehose and can get a lot of project experience for a higher level. A lot of areas to identify problems and implement improvements.

      Cons

      Poor communication, lack of promotion based on merit, all tasks are urgent and everything is a crisis. A lot of team dysfunction and avoidance of proper accountability.
