Technicians and operators work everyday while Office, IT, Engineers and Management take weekends and holidays off. Offers no bonus for anything. You can be a slacker or a go getter and everyone is paid the same. No pay scale to give anyone a reason to put any effort into their job. If you just get hired in, chances are you are making the same as someone that has been there 20+ years. Safety is a joke there too. No real training and no one works together. Really because why does it matter. You can make 1. Part and hangout or make 10,000 parts and all make the same.
