      Pros

      - Good place to get the work experience in various functions and get the knowledge

      Cons

      - A family business that does not have much growth - No work-life balance - Money flow within the company is low, every week sales will be targetted to get more collections from debtors etc to even the pay the salaries of employees

      This company is good for beginners to learn basic needs.

      Cons

      Even though the CEO has good vision people between employees and him (Managers) filter a lot and point out someone for their failure. Basically, most of the team managers are not good. Wrong people in the top post.

      Pros

      less challenging work, lots of free time in most of the job roles. There is enough leisure time to earn a secondary income by freelancing.

      Cons

      Zillione is probably the only IT organization in Sri Lanka which brought staff to office throughout the COVID19 pandemic/lockdown time. While almost all the other companies are adopting to work from home, Zillione brings its employees to work from office by leaving them and their families lives at a great risk despite multiple requests made by staff to not to do so. No office transport is provided, public transportation is used by most of the employees. Health insurance cover is at the bare minimum.
