      Pros

      Vacation time is generous, meet good people, work can be challenging and rewarding when you help people

      Cons

      The pay is horrible, we don’t even have a cost of living wage and haven’t had raises, including a COL raise in at least 14 years. There’s a lot of favoritism by the managers and you have lazy coworkers. Our systems are restrictive and you have to go to so many places just to get info. Lack of career advancement. There is no work/life balance for certain people, complete burnout and the company does not care.

      The benefits are good. 8-5 job.

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work. The work environment is hostile and judgmental. Zero support from upper management. HR is very negative, and pushy, they force you to make sure ZIM sounds like the best place to work. They 100% discriminate. Training absolutely sucks.

      Outdated systems/software/hardware, no upward mobility, no real employee incentives, pay is below average for industry, pay does not balance with hours worked, OT is almost non-existent; no such thing as bonuses, even cost of living raises for that matter
