Toxic!!! Join only if You want to get depressed.

Pros

Absolutely none!! Toxic culture and management! except few colleagues who also feel strangled.

Cons

Pathetic work environment: specially for people they file H1B for. Hear worst comments in here such that a developer being told that a janitor could code better than him(same person after quitting this toxic workplace has been employed by FAANG companies in US and is quite successful). Total hold on company policies by CEO. Even noticed an employee being cheated :after getting an above the industry standard hike, she was told to quit on basis of performance just 2 months after appraisal. Fire at will , give red flags is not unknown. Mental turmoil, Bad words are in store for you on a periodic basis. (founders also split in court!).

Pros

There isn't a lot of micro-management so you have the freedom to work on things that interest you High growth potential since it is a small company and there is a lot to do Some teams are definitely better in structure/growth than others

Cons

The company is quite political for how small it is and can be quite a headache to deal with Management has clear favorites and these are often not related to performance (not meritocratic) Pay is well under market value

Pros

Well-educated and hard working peers You will own every project you work on Extreme responsibility for a college graduate in their first job Finishing one year here will open countless opportunities to extremely well known and booming companies Overall a positive experience but you must be a person with thick skin and a hard working personality

Cons

Because there is no middle management, work flows are stunted, many times you will have trouble starting or finishing a project because you can not get final approval. CEO travels a lot and is the person with the authority to sign off on everything (marketing, sales, PR, etc.) Most employees came from the same schools and live together while working together so there is almost no separation from work and home life. High turn over rate (most leave within a year or 18 months)
