      Pros

      Great starting point position, time off, nutrition coach, 24 hour gym, work at home opportunity

      Cons

      Holiday time off, opportunity for growth is minimal, demanding call center metrics and call reviews, the food, working weekends, management are generally negative and not employee focused.

      Pros

      ZOLL Medical has a strong portfolio of products and first in class with those products. A good deal of tenure in the organization, if you drink the Kool aid and don't make waves you can spend a long time with this company and be successful.

      Cons

      Sr. Leadership has been in place for over 15 years, and has total control over everything. Don't expect help from HR, decisions are made on a whim with little to no checks and balances in place.

      Pros

      The people who work here, while bruised and abused, are decent people.

      Cons

      Leadership is inconsistent. You have a President who rules with an iron fist, but has no common sense. It's his way or the highway, even if he doesn't make sense. The company does not care about the people, and HR is powerless -- they fall in line with Mr. Whiting's whims. The rest of the VPs are afraid to speak up(unless they are talking behind his back, in which case, it's no holds barred), so they don't -- they just rush around pushing people to the limit, and then take credit for their work. Don't even get me started on some of the manufacturing processes -- the FDA would shut them down, which would be a shame to the patients who need this device. Though the CEO is a decent enough guy, I give him poor marks for his decision to keep this ship running the way it is. The money it makes is apparently outweighing the cost to it's employees.
