Constant Product Quality Issues and an Unrealistic Boss

My former co-workers were a talented bunch, and I learned a lot from them.

Cons

One of the worst aspects of the job was dealing with the constant product quality issues. Our products were notoriously unreliable, and I was constantly having to apologize to clients and reassure them that we were working on the problem. It was incredibly embarrassing, and it made it very difficult to sell our products. On top of everything else, my boss was a complete nightmare. He was constantly breathing down my neck and criticizing my work. He also had a habit of setting unrealistic deadlines and then blaming me when I couldn't meet them.

The company is full of friendly employees.

Cons

There's nothing else going on for this horrible company besides the employees. And despite the generally nice and friendly employees, the workplace is stressful and exhausting due to the intense environment and overwhelming workload. It also doesn't help that the management doesn't provide adequate guidance and support.
