If I really have to write at least one pro, that would be my nice co workers.

Cons

The only things you'll get from this place are stress and toxicity. The management is not only competent but extremely toxic as well. Hence, there's really nothing to expect from the horrible leadership . Employees getting burned out is a common occurrence, yet the managers don't do anything to improve the work conditions.

My teammates are very friendly

There no growth in this company, but there's a lot of toxicity and stress. The upper management seems lost, and the leadership is unable to provide solutions and support to the employees. The compensation is also inadequate, so it's definitely not worth enduring the abuse and exploitation for terrible pay.

Good product that does what they say it will do -Technically advanced product

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism are rampant -Sales people let go right before a big deal closes is questionable at best -Leadership is short sighted -Micromanagement is the worst way to lead -Many people on legacy team are not held accountable for performance and seem to be complacent clock watchers -Bad hires have been made in crucial positions -Product is often too advanced/expensive for the average customer
