For outside MBA hires, this place is a nightmare. There's very little training. They tell you they want outside hires to bring in new ways of thinking about the role. Unfortunately, they are mostly run by people who grew up within the company and they get frustrated that you don't think exactly like they've been trained to. A high percentage of outside consultant hires get put on probation because they don't think and perform exactly the same way that consultants who were hired as associates and promoted twice do. Those people have received extensive training and been self-selected by the company two additional times.

Lack of diversity! No women of color in leadership/executive positions, little to no people of color in the firm. This is one of the not so rare situations where the company claims to care about diversity deeply. However only a certain type of diversity. Administration is under staffed and over worked, which has led to higher than usual turnover. Associate Consultants are also overworked, and treated poorly by upper management. Seems to be a strong "make money, behave how you want" policy. A few female A.C.'s ave gone to HR about foul play from upper management to no avail. People are leaving the firm, to get regular 9 - 5 jobs, as this place simply is not that.
