      Smart people in a growing company

      Pros

      Very cerebral place to work- intelligence is valued tremendously. Professionalism is valued when facing the client. Casual work dress code. From my experience, very flexible when personal emergencies arise.

      Cons

      Feedback is sometimes not available, people seem hesitant to give direct, timely feedback. HR/Accounting/Benefits/technology infrastructure seems to be lagging behind the growth of the comapny.

      Pros

      Awesome people who are fun to work with Casual culture Good hours of work - not your typical consulting hours Minimal travel required Interesting work for the most part.

      Cons

      Career growth is becoming more tenure based and not a true meritocracy Work is beginning to be more operational and routine - we need to be careful how we evolve in the long term - don't want to lose the brand value for short term revenue gains

      Pros

      - collegial environment, -laid back dress code (and overall no yelling, shouting or anything like that occurs) -young employees -for associates, very competitive compensation, however, as you move upwards (esp. starting at consultant level), compensation is less competitive unless you have an MBA - has a set "competency development", some focus on personal development

      Cons

      -is supposed to be "laid back", which it is in some respects, but can be very very intense. Work-life balance suffers greatly for all positions except for principals -people are nice, but extremely dorky -projects are very narrow focused. Not very much "outside-the-box" thinking needed. More operations and less "big picture -virtually no travel -exclusively pharma companies are clients. They might say they have "other industries" but that's absolutely false
