      Pros

      -develop great analytical skills -great work culture; people are awesome and extremely smart; very helpful and learn a lot from upper management -small company feel even though still growing

      Cons

      -longer hours than normal, work life balance can be difficult -biotech / health care focused mostly -promotions and performance reviews not always transparent

      Solid analytics - high achieving culture

      Pros

      Good academic foundation that comes through in training and approach to work. Solid foundation in fact and data based approach to decision making. They hirer really good people, so the teams are great.

      Cons

      Promotions are hierarchical - difficult to break the mold from the norm in terms of advancement even if you excel, though exceptions do happen. Difficult to make partner - pay at manager level does not compare favorably with other firms.

      Pros

      -smart people -no travel -stable job if you are not super bad

      Cons

      -crazy long hour (avg 70 to 80 hours per week). Managers always over sell the projects. -managers do not respect employee's career growth. ZS don't really see the need of an MBA -very narrow section. It's more of operation consulting not really strategy/management consulting
