The only advantage in these times is that they can offer work.

Cons

In the Almelo branch, they have to change the mentality, if they want positive results they have to think and review the hiring of personnel in key positions, professionally trained candidates, or with vast demonstrable experience. Right now the mentality of appointing in important functions is of friends and this is damaging the corporate image. I believe that this is a company with great potential but it has to start thinking about the next level where it should be right now. It would be a lot to discuss but I think the most important point right now is to make this radical change.
