Low pay, and it is only based on degree and resume, not actual skill or work abilty. New people get more pay even with same degree as seniors, and many of them don't what they are doing. The company seems to only care what you can do for helping the company making big money, and ignore people who actually help and keep the company running normally. So who ever used to working in other computer/server related company you will most likely being treated very nicely, even if you know nothing. Bad working enviroment in factory and warehouse. Summer time, people will sweat like hell. lack of safety awareness or just careless about employee? No or lack of protection when its doing internal renovation on warehouse/factory. Dust every where. Lack of management skill. Manager and supervisor doesn't know what you are working on. Typical Chinese company. If your supervisor is an chinese and you are an chinese, they will expecting you do even more jobs and obey rules better than other non-chinese, and will accept much lower pay than non chinese. New comer will have better pay than you, even both have the similar degree, but you with better experenice and almost an senior technician or engineer for the company for years. And even worst is, people have to babysitting new people for months and year. So for non - chinese people and if you dont mind with the pay, and you want to learn or experience some computer work this will be a good place for you. No room to grow. Most supervisors/managers are hired outside.

For non Asian's workers, you will feel out of place. Most employees talk Chinese's to each other. HR are puppets to senior management team. Extremely unhealthy work environment, lack of time off, long hours, lack of heat in the winter and everything is a secret.
