Pros
The company culture. The company has a very friendly work environment, and a great team aspect. This is a company that takes care of it's employee, as long as you work hard and make a difference, there's always a promotional opportunity within the company. There's never a fear of getting hit with mass layoffs.
Cons
The only con is that it may take longer to rise up the ladder than it would at another company. The pay may not be the at top of the industry, but it remains competitive.
