      Large Company so plenty of jobs available.

      Cons

      Vacation policy is horrible. Retirement plan match is only 2.5%

      Pros

      Opportunity to work in a diverse setting. You have the opportunity to hire anything from Craft Workers, Field Professionals and Corporate positions based on your goals and availability. The sky is the limit!

      Cons

      Requires occasional to frequent relocation and sometimes long hours. This is only a con if it does not fit your lifestyle.

      Pros

      Good pay and opportunity to learn. Get to travel all over the country for work. Insurance is good, so is the team structure.

      Cons

      Hard to advance if your not a relative of supervision and the hours can become incredibly long at times and for long periods of time without any notice.
