Given up to date tools to complete the tasks assigned Opportunities for training to increase knowledge are available. Competitive pay, good benefits.

Cons

Advancement opportunities usually require relocation. Middle management is not very seasoned and they show favoritism in the ranks.

Pros

The company culture. The company has a very friendly work environment, and a great team aspect. This is a company that takes care of it's employee, as long as you work hard and make a difference, there's always a promotional opportunity within the company. There's never a fear of getting hit with mass layoffs.

Cons

The only con is that it may take longer to rise up the ladder than it would at another company. The pay may not be the at top of the industry, but it remains competitive.
