      Large Company so plenty of jobs available.

      Vacation policy is horrible. Retirement plan match is only 2.5%

      Pros

      Opportunity to work in a diverse setting. You have the opportunity to hire anything from Craft Workers, Field Professionals and Corporate positions based on your goals and availability. The sky is the limit!

      Cons

      Requires occasional to frequent relocation and sometimes long hours. This is only a con if it does not fit your lifestyle.

      Poor communication and no trainning

      Pros

      Great location and good quality of people that work here.

      Cons

      I have been here almost a year and have yet to get any kind of training for anything. I am using a software that I have never touched and my manager joked they train using the "sink or swim" method. I did not get a new hire orientation and as a result lost out on insurance benefits. Work flow and processes are about 10 to 15 years behind due to lack of design standards.
