      Pros

      Zachry commits a great deal of energy and resources to safety. They seem to truly care for the well-being of their employees, both craft and professional.

      Cons

      There is quite a bit of pressure put on a few employees to succeed, without giving a proper amount of training and resources.

      Pros

      The pay is good if your a journey and the per diem isnt too bad. Plenty of hours if your looking to make super money.

      Cons

      Its getting to where most of the higher positions are being given to inexperienced people that can barely speak English, which causes alot of miscommunication and safety hazards. Alot of work has to be redone because many of them are either lazy or just put stuff up to say they finished, (production, production). Then it becomes the typical blame game and company politics of who to fire. I could go on and on.....

      Pros

      Zachry as a company seems to have the best interest of their people in mind. The Site Superintendent was one of the best I've worked for.

      Cons

      Lack of Project Controls support.
