      Pros

      Fellow coworkers, 4 10s, able to leave for emergencies, appointment, etc.

      Cons

      No raises, even after many years of dedication and good work ethic. Management is horrible from top to bottom. No communication. No opportunity or growth. People that should be fired are still employed. Favoritism. Benefits are ridiculous and the Hsa employer contribution taken away. I could go on and on!

      The Home Office had a nice pond.

      Some of the WORST managers I've ever worked with in the HR and "People & Culture" Group. Talent Acquisition is a joke with no training and unreasonable expectations. The whole leadership team has NO IDEA what they are doing. Got promoted into a management position and was told to watch YouTube videos and TedTalks on how to lead people. Guess that's what you need when you fire the whole Talent Development and Management team. Don't waste your time building a career with this company. They fired the person in charge of service awards and the "25-year club". If you think you're in a good spot, just wait until the next job FAILS and you'll be on the chopping block. The technological landscape is atrocious and outdated. The new employee information system is badly configured and not user friendly. The chaos of "Project Maverick" should be studied for how to waste time and money while getting absolutely nothing done. Executives and upper-level management are leaving in droves.
