Great experience with remote onboarding

Pros

I joined the company remotely during the global pandemic and they went above and beyond to make sure that I still felt part of the team. A welcome kit was sent to my house, remote welcome calls scheduled with people from each team and social events have been organised remotely.

Cons

Nothing so far, it has been a great onboarding
