For a company of that size quite startup-ish. Many processes are not proven so it's expected that you are ok with that

Cool product and service, and lots of opportunity to grow, great office in Berlin, and fun people and atmosphere.

Cons

Management struggles to set clear goals and processes. Decision making process is not always clear.

People are great, Management is very down to earth People are very dedicated to their work and the product, but still relaxed enough to have some fun Lots of chances to grow into different roles

Cons

Teams are spread accross different offices, which requires a lot of travel for some roles
