A great place to work

Pros

The team is awesome, and not only my team, but so far every other team that I have encountered. The company values are great, providing flexibility as long as the work is done. They let you organise your day as long as the tasks are not compromised. Being a small company I can learn and do some tasks that would normally reach beyond my scope when working for a bigger company. The company is putting effort in keeping the team spirit high, organising cool team and company events.

Cons

The company is growing more in Germany, which leaves the Zürich team smaller and sometimes it feels like we are out of focus.

Nice people, relaxed culture, maybe too much remote work

Pros

Relaxed work culture, no pressure but treated with respect and given responsibility, experience respected, evidence-based tech stack, not simply jumping on the latest cool bandwagon, really cool off-site company events.

Cons

In theory company policy requires regular office attendance but for most teams in practice many people almost never come in, makes it hard to really get to know your team mates and build up company spirit. (Absolutely no cons relating to the actual work.)
