      Good people below the leadership level

      Cons

      Senior leadership is ruthless. Culture of bullying, public demeaning, churn and burn, and complete lack of accountability at the top. The board are Dan’s friends and from what one can tell are doing nothing to turn the sinking ship.

      Nice office. Complementing the quality of office space is not a good sign for the company and positions.

      Pros

      My current manager and SVP seem to appreciate me and the work I do.

      Cons

      On call 24/7 365. Tried to use contractors to cover for me while I am on pto but I usually get called in. Worked 89 hours last week and didn’t even get a thank you. The PM that was responsible for the project but was never onsite once received all the praise. No life whatsoever. I think my wife got a new husband but haven’t had the time to go home and see 😁
