Pros
The engineers, project managers, and support staff are all top notch, willing to put time in. Having quarterly bonuses can be a great structure for young workers who are not looking to start families or have a mortgage.
Cons
Compensation. Raises are like drowning in the desert, it can happen, but rarely and in unusual circumstances. The bulk of the compensation is based on quarterly bonuses, which once you string together 3+ bad quarters the wheels start falling off the bus.
