Pros

Teammates are smart and supportive. Decent PTO accrual after 3 years.

Cons

Management is broken. There is no career advancement and you won't see any cost of living adjustments- compensation is merit-based so employees are forced to ingratiate themselves insincerely to management. Compensation is at the low end of the spectrum and won't improve much over time. Despite company initiatives, there is no opportunity for career advancement. In 5 years, I had 9 different managers with zero regard to advancing my personal career goals. Management can be vicious... expect to be yelled at in meetings and demeaned in RAD sessions. Management can be punitive and cruel.

There are extremely talented people that work here. Internal tools give employees full access to assets/network etc

Cons

Read the negative reviews, for the most part they are truthful. Any 5 star reviews are completely fake. Constant reorganization (an excuse to reduce headcount) causes a disconnected and chaotic environment. Continued cost cutting and “do more with less” initiates. Internal churn is extremely high. Low base pay compared industry average. Mystery math subjective calculations for low commissions payouts while executives stuff their pockets.

Some Coworkers and Vacation time.

Cons

The Company has no direction. The CEO is an ego maniac and borderline criminal. The health benefits and 401k plan are the worst in the industry. Zayo does not give annual cost of living raises.
