      Remote work is available for most roles

      Cons

      This was by far the most toxic work environment I’ve experienced. Leadership fosters a culture of fear, blame, and micromanagement. Psychological safety is nonexistent, and feedback is often dismissed or punished. High turnover, lack of transparency, and unclear direction make it difficult to grow or feel secure. If you're looking for a supportive, healthy workplace, this isn't it.

      Pros

      Very good people culture, the colleagues are all amazing, literally 0 toxicity. Management is open, honest and very approachable. Hybrid work model is perfect balance and the office culture is really great and full of events.

      Cons

      Certain teams can be a little short staffed but that has been changing over the last year for the better so not much else to add.
