There are no pros to working at Zayo, with the exception of meeting a few people nice people.
Cons
Avoid working at Zayo if you can. This company was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to work for. The company made it obvious every chance they got that they did not care about their employees. No raise for two years after they acquired the company I used to work for. Complete disorganization from the top down. Outsourced many jobs, which only made the already stressed and overworked employees more stressed and overworked. An executive leader once said on a company call something to the effect of "working at Zayo sucks sometimes. But it sucks less than other places." If this is your mark you're trying to hit, no wonder your company is an absolute dumpster fire. The pay structure is awful. Base compensation is below market average with the promise of "bigger bonuses" that turn out to be a joke.
