Thanks for your post. I know you are frustrated and I hope you are able to sort through your disappointments. You say "we are a real team". Part of being part of the team is communicating. If you have constructive criticism, please consider how you might be able to solve through internal dialogue. The rest of my response is to share facts on the topics you raise.
The average cash comp per employee (salary, bonus, OT, and commissions) is $94K. I don't think this is anywhere close to "slave labor". We publish this information as part of our earnings supplement. Our executives' cash comp is very low by industry standards. Hence this $94K is not skewed by executives making a ton of cash comp. (Execs do make a lot in equity.)
I am very transparent and honest about equity. I cannot share it all here, but I addressed your question in Chatter. Please read up. I get the question all the time from employees, and I answer it. All you needed to do is ask.
The equity plan is very generous to a whole lot of employees. $20M of liquidity has already been paid out to employees (none of this $20M went to me). This also is readily available information.
