      Pros

      Fast pace and rewarding work environment. Everyday will not be easy but most days will be exciting. Knowledgeable senior management, fantastic team environment, and not overly bogged down with process.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to take it easy and make a little money for little work, this is not your place. If you are willing to work hard to make money and advance your career this might be your place.

      Good but challenging company to work for

      Pros

      I recently joined Zayo after a 20+ year career with MCI/WorldCom/Verizon. Zayo reminds me of my early days at MCI - exciting, energetic, and confident in our ability to change the landscape in telecommunications. Zayo is like the early MCI - hard working, and hard charging employees who are determined at making a difference. But Zayo is not for everyone. You need to be self-reliant, self-confident in your abilities, and willing to learn and put in long hours. You are in charge of your learning curve, you drive results, and you need to study and network with those who know how to get things done. That said I would highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      Total reliance on Sales Force Dot Com.- if you do not have experience with this cloud application your learning curve will be steep.

      Pros

      Pay is good and it's a good place to start out and learn the ropes. Had fun and worked with some great people.

      Cons

      Was not many opportunities for me to move up but it was fine. Not much time for breaks and hours can be longif you aren't ready to work.
