Pros
The five star reviewer in july is obviously a founder, trying to mitigate every other review on this board. Most likely to aid in her need to acquire more investment dollars. Decent offices and close to home and airport. Most co-workers are nice to work with. Bangalore staff need not worry about ever being fired, regardless of what you continue to do. The developers are trying to get product more streamlined, but their light years behind in many areas. Can work flexible but very long hours, since most of the time you have to work with BLR staff and their time frame which is a12 hour difference
Cons
Pay is not competitive. No accountability, which starts in mgmt. Openly berated in front of other co-workers, micromanagement, poor processes, and most hires are either new grads or those needing a job...if you already have one, keep it. Sr mgmt will have their lackeys give clients bad news (which is often) rather than speak to them personally, except the ceo, he regularly will speak down to clients. Promotions make no sense and there's open favoritism. Too top heavy and not enough front line staff, so implementations and support suffer. QA seems non-existent unless you're the client, so client sat is very poor. No real world product management or proper standards, the bigger customers drive the product without regard to market trends.
