Pros
Steady Job. Good Pay. Senior Mgmt will accomodate reasonable wishes.
Cons
1. Changing high level goals is not sufficient. Changing people's attitude is the first step to Change. This is a bit lacking. 2. Quality of communication should be improved. Agreed and support the fact that all of us are from various backgrounds and hence lack certain skills. But, it is mgmt who should groom every employee in right direction, to call itself a good company. Else it will always remain a start up firm. 3.At least women should get better flexibility on their work hours (WFH options, partial office/partial home options, etc) 4. No plans of expansion to other parts of the world except US. This will directly affect employee's work timings, there by affecting the work-life balance in a negative way.
