1. Great company with good talent and care for Clients. 2. Friendly atmosphere with a can-do attitude at all times. 3. Very intelligent and accomplished people to work with. 4. Good Work/Life balance. 5. Very good pay structure with transparent HR policies. 6. Amazing CEO. He goes an extra mile to ensure employees are well taken care of.

Cons

It's hard to think of any to be honest.

Pros

Welcoming environment. Great people who are always helpful and love to collaborate. Flexible working which helps if you don’t live close to the office. Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair and also refreshing. The CEO is a great guy and cares about what we do and our integrity. The CEO also goes out of his way to say hello and see if you’re ok which I think is great.

- Diverse set of opportunities available across a wide range of industry - Good recruiting team and have a very good relationship with top clients in Bay area - flexibility provided to choose your path - Good Adminstration - Payment on time - very good track record and their outlook looks very positive
