Pros

They don't like American workers you can be from any other country but not born and bred in america

Cons

They don't care your treated like a slave other employees are verbally abuseive and they have no problem with it very low pay and higher management treats you like you a peace of dirt and no room to move up in the company also they don't like to higher to cover all shift so there's 10-12hours then they complain about other and they don't like you to use pot but if you don't you loose it .they don't have coverage for you to use PTO so you loose it

Very Very Sad Place To Work

Pros

Can't think of one pro (even with my stellar brainpower).

Cons

HR and management do not treat employees well. There is an abundance of mistreatment from low to mid management. (Upper management is too busy swinging their golf clubs to care what is transpiring.) One minor disciplinary infraction and you may not receive a merit increase and bonus. (If you contact an employment attorney, you will find it is almost impossible to pursue legal action against Zebra.) Federal and Illinois state law forms a wall of protection so they may mistreat and abuse employees at will with any legal ramifications. I regret accepted their offer for employment and cannot recommend them to ANYONE. If an offer for employment is given; just say NO.

Pros

Great Products and Excellent People within the company.

Cons

HR does not pay internal sales candidates the market standard. Those who are promoted internally are looked upon less favorably than those who come from outside of the company. If I could describe this company in one word it is CHEAP.
