      Bad Company Culture

      Pros

      The Lincolnshire office is awesome. The cafeteria has great food and there's a free gym. Good company benefits and a lot of PTO time. Very innovative products!

      Cons

      The leadership is horrible, making the culture and work environment horrible. Not a good place to start for an entry level employee, leadership doesn't invest time or money into developing their talent internally. If you are a millennial, don't join this company. It's way too old school and they don't understand the importance of attracting and retaining young talent.

      Pros

      The work-life balance here is wonderful. I am able to work from home and work flexible hours when needed. The current benefits are some of the best I have ever had.

      Cons

      There are too many Moto people and Moto ideas still running the show. Managers are either spectacular or terrible. It's a roll of the dice as to which one you'll get. Talented and tenured employees are leaving left and right. The pay could be better, especially for those who have been around for awhile.

      Get to get some solid experience in the development and testing world when it comes to software and hardware.

      Cons

      No support from management and constant deadlines and demands. No compensation for the work you are asked to do. Company cut corners and asks you to take on another full time job without the compensation
